Hyde Ibiza, the free-spirited lifestyle hotel brand rooted in the LA club scene, is officially welcoming guests from 27th April. The Hyde brand has been bringing people together through authentic music and art experiences since 2005. Hyde Ibiza, the brand's first European location, boasts 401 rooms and is nestled on the luscious green hills of Cala Llonga, offering a relaxed, sea-facing oasis for hedonistic and playful island lovers.

SONROJO

New for this year is Sonrojo - the beachside restaurant offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine along the captivating Cala Llonga coastline. Occupying an idyllic spot with sea and mountain views, Sonrojo is the perfect location to unwind and soak up the Balearic beach lifestyle. Open for all day and evening dining, ice-cold beers and Sangria accompany authentic and flavorful Spanish dishes such as paella, freshly grilled fish, and light salads, best experienced with sandy toes and sea-salty skin, set to the sound of new acoustic performances, for guests to immerse in the best of island life.

NIKO AL FRESCO

Building on the success of Niko's debut last year, this year, Hyde guests and visitors can enjoy Niko Al Fresco; a laid-back dining option set to the backdrop of some of the best views of the island. The modern Japanese restaurant maintains sophistication and authenticity by championing premium, seasonal ingredients and exceptional presentation. New dishes for this season combine a refined selection of traditional Japanese flavours with local, seasonal produce. Highlights include soft-shell crab bao featuring tempura crab, homemade pickles, yellow chilli sauce, and shiso leaf, and the classic miso glazed black cod.

Expertly crafted cocktails complement the new dishes, such as the Hiwaki, made with Stoli vodka, white peach, white peony, and sparkling sake, and the Umeboshi, a refreshing mix of plum, Pocari, jasmine, Bombay Sapphire, and le soda. With a specially curated selection of sake, Niko Al Fresco provides an exceptional dining experience on the White Isle.

HYDE POOL PACKAGES

Locals and guests can dive into a day of relaxation beside Hyde Ibiza's sparkling pools, each offering a unique ambience.
